CELEBREX delivers 24-hour relief from a once-daily dose of 200 mg. Abrupt discontinuation of this medicine may lead to exacerbation of corticosteroid-responsive illness. Patients on prolonged corticosteroid therapy should have their therapy tapered slowly if a decision is made to discontinue this medication. This medication may be taken with food or immediately after meals to prevent stomach upset. Take this as directed. Do not increase your dose or take it more often than prescribed.
